More Party and Menu Info Hotel Info		The Official LibertyCon/HallowCon/Chattacon Christmas Party Just Added Fan of the Year Award DECEMBER 12TH, AT THE HOLIDAY INN CHOO CHOO, PENNSYLVANIA STATION ROOM The December LibertyCon meeting will start at 4:00 P.M. in the lobby area of building two, of the Holiday Inn Choo-Choo. The meeting should only last until 5:30 pm at the latest. LibertyCon will be teaming up with Chattacon and HallowCon to throw a joint Christmas Party. We will start off with a covered dish dinner to be held at 6:00 P.M. in The Pennsylvania Station Room, between building 1 and 2, of the Holiday Inn Choo-Choo. At 8:00 p.m., we are going to have the annual LibertyCon Christmas fun auction. The proceeds will be going to help offset the cost of the Christmas party this year and if there is any money left over, it will be donated to the LibertyCon's charity of choice for this year. So dig into your closets and bring in your Donations! I am planning on digging into my stack of DVDs and books and hope to bring you all a few goodies for the auction. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON PARTYING HARD AND STAYING OVER AT THE HOTEL: To make your hotel reservation please call 800-TRACK29 at the historic Chattanooga Choo-Choo Hotel. Please mention that Chattacon’s hotel coordinator has arranged the rate of just $85 per night for the event, if booked before NOVEMBER 21, 2009. Regina Kirby will be the party coordinator for this year and you can contact her at regina@chattacon.org or regina.kirby@gmail.com. If you know what you want to bring (hot dish, dessert, and so on) go ahead and bring it, but email Regina. If you don’t know what you want to bring, email Regina and ask – she will have a rough idea what we are lacking so she can steer your choice of dish, and not turn this into DessertCon or HotDogCon. In addition, if there’s a dish you would like us to consider to serve at next year’s LibertyCon or Chattacon, bring it!
